Mental Health Education and Training

Umbrella Mental Health Support for Companies

Prevention is Better than Cure

Providing rapid access to clinical treatment is clearly a priority.  However, at Cardinal Corporate we have a commitment to mental health education and training as well.  Through this service, we aim to develop the skills in HR, occupational health and leadership teams to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.

The adage that “prevention is better than cure” is something we believe to be critical in providing an effective service to our corporate clients.  We develop the skills and knowledge that allow teams to become more resilient to mental health challenges, allowing them to cope with routine pressure more effectively.  We also train teams to become more ‘mental health aware’ which ensures ill-health is recognised and managed more quickly.

Our Approach to Education and Training

Train the Team or the Trainer

Our Education and Training courses can be delivered to a specific department, organisational level or geographic location. To help you manage the scale of investment, we can provide a ‘Train the Trainer’ course and provide relevant material to help you roll it out to the wider organisation.

Our Place or Yours

We want to provide Education and Training events which work for you. We are happy to deliver them at your offices or at the training facility in our Mental Health Clinic, in Windsor.

Clinician Led Training

Our Education and Training events are delivered by our clinicians. They are experts in their fields and can provide input around the entire mental health sphere.

Bespoke Course Content

We have written a suite of Education and Training courses covering topics which we believe will benefit companies and organisations. However, if there is a specific topic that you feel would be of particular value to you, we will write a bespoke course, specifically around your needs.

Training Programmes

We provide a number of standard training programmes designed for HR teams, leadership teams and employee teams which develop the awareness, understanding and management of mental health conditions within the workplace.

Bespoke Advice

Alongside the training and education services, Cardinal Corporate also provide a bespoke advice service to our partners.

This gives you access to raise queries or concerns with one of our leading Corporate Clinicians, via your Mental Health Manager.

Insurance and Fees

We believe that transparency in our fee structure is important.  As part of our process for on-boarding new Cardinal Corporate Partners, we will agree a rate card of fees for all clinical services.

Alternatively, we have agreements with all major health insurance providers and can liaise with them directly, if your staff have this cover.
