Overview
Mahnaz is a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist specialising in general mental illness including depression, anxiety, bereavement.
She is interested in both short-term cognitive and focused psychodynamic therapies and longer term psychoanalytical psychotherapy work with adults and adolescents.

Training & Experience
Mahnaz trained in psychology at City University, London. She has also trained in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (BCP recognised)
She also worked for a number of years as a Clinical Psychotherapist with South West London and St. George’s Mental Health Trust as a psychotherapist and assessor.
