Dr Niraj Arora
Dr Arora is a dedicated and kind psychiatrist with expertise across the spectrum of adult mental health problems. He understands that each person experiences life differently – it is the unique blend of emotions, thoughts, senses, memories and relationships that make us who we are. When someone is having difficulties in any of these it can affect the whole of their life. At those times, it can be overwhelming, and the first step to reach out is a brave one.
‘Most people want to feel understood, and make sense of what is going on for them’ says Dr Arora, ‘I think everyone wants to trust someone who can help them through a tough time, with integrity and compassion, and a shared goal of getting back to their best’. Dr Arora will help you plan your recovery step by step, without jargon, and with unerring hope. ‘Whether it is through talking, complementary therapies, medicines or practical strategies, everyone has it within them to get better – it is a privilege to share in that journey, and see people empowered to make positive changes’.
