Dr Jane Perera

"Good mental health is what we strive for and can be described as a state of well-being in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work effectively and contribute to the good of the wider community. The complex demands life can make may sometimes cause you to feel less in control and lead to stress and fear. A change in attitude and mind can have a strong positive impact on health and well-being. The Cardinal Clinic has, over many years, been there to offer a helping hand and to set you on the road to recovery."
