Dr Deepa Deo is a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist who works in the NHS in Surrey.
She did her basic medical qualification in Mumbai, India followed by MD in Psychological Medicine. She continued her post graduate training for the MRCPsych at the Charing Cross rotation in London, followed by higher specialist training at St.George’s training scheme.
Dr Deo has been working as a Consultant Psychiatrist since 2001. She has extensive experience in the treatment of a wide range of adult mental health disorders in community and in a hospital setting. She believes in working collaboratively with her patients, taking into consideration the biological, psychological and social aspects of their illness and the impact on their life.
