What to Expect

Your First Contact

The first step is simply getting in touch. You can call us, email us, or complete the enquiry form. You will hear back from a real member of our admissions team. There is no pressure to commit to anything at this stage.

Initial Assessment

A structured conversation with a senior clinician to understand your situation, what you need, and what we can offer. This typically lasts 45-60 minutes and can be conducted by phone, video, or in person.

Treatment Planning

Following your assessment, your consultant will develop a bespoke treatment plan, including the recommended level of care, therapeutic approach, and realistic timeline. This is always discussed and agreed with you.

Treatment

Your treatment programme will be structured, evidence-based, and regularly reviewed. Whether you are an outpatient, day patient, or residential patient, you will have a named consultant and a clear therapeutic programme.

Discharge & Aftercare

We plan for discharge from the start of treatment. Before you leave, we will develop an aftercare plan including any ongoing outpatient appointments, GP communication, and relapse prevention strategies.

Have questions? Contact us and our admissions team will be happy to help.
