Dr Ben Sessa

Dr Ben Sessa is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 25 years of clinical experience working across general adult psychiatry, child and adolescent mental health, addictions, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions. He qualified in medicine from University College London in 1997 and has worked extensively in both NHS and independent settings.

Dr Sessa is known for his patient-centred, compassionate approach, combining evidence-based psychiatric care with a strong interest in emerging treatments and innovative therapeutic models. Alongside his clinical work, he has contributed to research exploring new approaches to mental health treatment, particularly in the field of trauma and addiction.
