Alongside her role at the Cardinal Clinic, she works as a private carer supporting individuals living with dementia, where she has developed a calm, responsive and empathetic approach to care. With a background in hospitality and photography, she brings strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

As a mother of both a teenager and a younger child, Pippa has a strong understanding of family dynamics and the challenges that can arise across different life stages. Her personal experiences — including pre- and postnatal mental health challenges and complex birth experiences — have given her a deeper awareness of resilience and the importance of feeling supported.
