About Amelia

As an assistant psychologist here at the Cardinal Clinic, Amelia provides psychological support and care planning for diverse presentations. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, she assists in developing tailored treatment pathways. Amelia also supports the interpretation of various psychometric and diagnostic assessments, as well as facilitates group sessions designed to teach coping strategies and build peer connections among patients.

Having graduated from the University of Sussex with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Law, she is also a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). Her professional background includes supporting neurodivergent individuals within a specialist setting for Autistic children, which sparked her strong interest in neurodiversity and its intersection with mental health.

Amelia is deeply dedicated to helping those experiencing mental health difficulties, always striving to bring empathy and compassion to every aspect of her care.
