Since beginning his personal recovery journey in 2008, he has worked across behavioural health settings, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to his leadership while overseeing day-to-day hospital operations and multidisciplinary care.

Chris has extensive experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams to support individuals with complex mental health, behavioural, and addiction-related challenges. He leads the hospital's day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and person-centered care, while fostering a collaborative culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and excellence.
