About Nina

Nina is an integrative therapist and a registered member of the BACP, with training in psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT approaches. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Bangor University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Throughout her career, Nina has gained experience working across a range of settings, including charities, private practice, and psychiatric services. She has worked with both children and adults, supporting people through a wide variety of challenges and life experiences.

Her approach is centred around creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Together, she begins to identify recurring patterns that may be keeping you stuck and explore healthier ways of coping, with the aim of supporting meaningful and lasting therapeutic change.

Nina has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety, and difficulties with communication and interpersonal relationships. She recognises that everyone’s experiences are unique, and therefore tailors therapy to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.

Alongside her clinical work, she is also a Senior Therapist, where she leads and supports a team of highly skilled therapists. A key part of her role is ensuring that each client is thoughtfully matched with a therapist who is best suited to their individual needs and circumstances.
