Rucci Ye

Rucci is a registered member of the BACP and an integrative psychotherapist, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-identity, and low self-esteem. His primarily person-centred approach is grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life and has the capacity for change. Having lived in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the UK, he brings a culturally aware and open-minded perspective to therapy, approaching each person with curiosity rather than assumption.

He offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space to explore self-critical thoughts, develop self-compassion, and build a kinder relationship with oneself.
