Vicky Lyon

Vicky is a qualified Dance Movement Psychotherapist with over seven years of experience working across adult mental health services, specialist forensic settings, and supported housing. For four years, she worked as an in-house therapist supporting care leavers, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people seeking asylum. Through these roles, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of continuity of care and the positive impact that consistent, long-term support can have on a person’s wellbeing and recovery.

Drawing on her clinical experience, Vicky has a strong understanding of mental health challenges and complex trauma. In her role as Case Manager, she brings a trauma-informed, person-centred, and compassionate approach, building trusting relationships and ensuring that individuals feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout their journey.
