Feeling burnt out, stressed and demotivated in your current nursing role? Why not apply for a unique job opportunity within our highly skilled and dynamic team here at Cardinal Clinic, with over 40 years experience in providing premium care in Mental Health.

With higher ratio staff to patient care, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and their families by being a key worker with your own caseload, supported within the Multi disciplinary team. You will be involved in care planning, risk assessing, discharge planning etc. and have the opportunity to be involved in our intensive group therapy programme provided for patients.

There are also opportunities to train in a specialist area. i.e CBT, DBT, Alcohol recovery or eating disorders. There are lots of training opportunities, internally with regular case conferences and a monthly tutorial for GPs, lead by consultants and therapists and much more. There is also the opportunity for external training to develop your skills to support our services.

The Clinic is a fantastic luxurious environment for patients to recover in and equally for staff to feel job satisfaction. You will receive unsocial pay when working weekends, nights or bank holidays and other benefits include a company profit share scheme, free meals on duty, free parking in grounds, pension, private healthcare and financial support for revalidation.

Please contact us to enquire further or book an appointment to come and have a look around. We look forward to meeting you.
