Treatment-Resistant Depression: Advances in Assessment and Management

Join Medical Director & Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Brishna Shah for an evidence-based CPD session exploring the assessment and management of treatment-resistant depression (TRD). This event will examine current NICE guidance, pharmacological and psychological treatment strategies, augmentation options, and emerging therapies including ketamine, rTMS, vagus nerve stimulation and psilocybin.

The session will also consider the differential diagnosis of TRD, including bipolar and late-life depression, alongside practical case-based discussion to support clinical decision-making in complex presentations.
