Cancellation Policy
Outpatient Appointments
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of outpatient appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notification, will be charged at the full session rate.
Residential Admissions
For residential admissions, we require at least 7 days' notice of cancellation. Please contact the admissions team as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergency or illness, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
