Outpatient Treatment
What Is Outpatient Treatment?
Outpatient treatment involves regular appointments with a consultant psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist while you continue with your daily life. Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
What Is Offered
Outpatient services include: consultant psychiatric appointments for assessment, diagnosis, and medication management; individual psychotherapy and counselling; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT); EMDR for trauma; couples and family therapy; and specialist assessments for ADHD and autism.
Appointments
Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, with some evening slots available. Sessions can be conducted in person at the clinic or via secure video call, depending on your preference and the nature of the consultation.
Who Is It For?
Outpatient treatment is suitable for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions, or for those stepping down from more intensive treatment. It allows you to receive expert care while maintaining your work, family, and social commitments.
