Overview
Dr McDonald qualified from Welsh National School of Medicine, Cardiff, 1969 and took specialist training in psychiatry at Southampton, gaining dual accreditation in adult forensic psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr McDonald has been a Consultant Psychiatrist to Oxford Mental Health and to The Home Office. He has been in private practice for several years
