Dr Roz Halari

Training & Experience

Dr Halari has an extensive experience of working in the NHS and within the private healthcare sector where she currently holds the position as the Head of Psychology. She has worked as the lead consultant psychologist in the affective disorders unit, Maudsley Hospital and West London Mental Health Trust.

Specialist assessments of Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD, Neuropsychology

Neuropsychological assessments (e.g. educational, general cognitive function, occupational, older adult, Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD).

Psychological therapies – CBT, integrative, Systemic, schema focused therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Adapted CBT (ADHD, Autistic Spectrum conditions) narrative and solution focused.

Psychological difficulties: Depression, Anxiety disorders (e.g. GAD, OCD, PTSD), Bipolar disorder, Personality difficulties, Autistic Specrum conditions, ADHD

Research Interests

In addition to her work as a clinician, Dr Halari is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London and has been involved in academic and clinical research both at Imperial and The Institute of Psychiatry, London. She has published widely in peer reviewed journals in the field of psychology and psychiatry.
