Dr Mehrotra is a highly qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with 16 years of clinical experience in psychiatry.
He has a strong clinical focus on developing personalised recovery plans with patient involvement. Here at the Cardinal Clinic, he provides a diagnostic and treatment service for Adult ADHD.

Year of first medical qualification: 1995
Dr Mehrotra completed his basic and specialist psychiatry training from Kings College Psychiatric Scheme in London.
He was awarded Membership of Royal College of Psychiatrist (MRCPsych) in 2000.
Dr Mehrotra has been on the Specialist Register as a Consultant Psychiatrist for General Adult Psychiatry & Rehabilitation Psychiatry since 2003 and has been working as an Adult Consultant Psychiatrist since 2005.
He provides Consultant input to in-patient recovery wards and treats a broad range of conditions.
He has spearheaded the development of the award wining Early Intervention in Psychosis out-patient service.
He has been trained in providing expert witness reports, independent psychiatric reports and giving evidence in court by training organisations in the UK to CPR and CrPR standard.
Additionally, he has a special interest in medical education and holds an examiner’s role for the MRCPsych exam, and is the Royal College of Psychiatrist tutor for training doctors at the West Middlesex Hospital.
