Social anxiety, also known as social phobia, is a common mental health condition characterised by intense fear or anxiety in social situations. It can manifest as feelings of self-consciousness, fear of judgment or embarrassment, and avoidance of social interactions.

However, with the right support and strategies, individuals can learn to manage and overcome social anxiety. In this blog post, we’ll explore practical steps for overcoming social anxiety and building confidence in social situations.

Understanding Social Anxiety:
